Billing terms and conditions

These billing terms explain how payments, prices, authorisations and refunds are handled when you purchase from Lucidity.

Prices and currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront and checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

Payment

Payment is due when an order is placed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its supported payment providers; Lucidity does not store your complete card details.

Order authorisation

Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be reviewed, declined or cancelled because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability or delivery restrictions. If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Taxes and delivery charges

Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider and can take additional business days after Lucidity issues the refund.

For help with a charge or invoice, email contact@buyLucidity.com with your order number. Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
