These terms govern access to and use of the Lucidity website and the purchase of products from our online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies.

Using the site

You must use the site lawfully and must not attempt to disrupt, damage, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the site, customer accounts or supporting systems.

Product information

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, images and prices. Natural materials and display settings can produce reasonable variations in colour, pattern and appearance. We may correct errors or update information when necessary.

Electrical installation

Hardwired products must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with applicable local requirements. The customer is responsible for checking suitability, measurements, voltage, mounting conditions and installation requirements before use.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorisation and delivery coverage. We may cancel or decline an order for legitimate operational, payment, pricing or fraud-prevention reasons. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns and refunds
