Shipping coverage
We ship to destinations accepted by our online checkout. Standard shipping is free on orders placed through the store. If an address or oversized item requires a special arrangement, we will contact you before dispatch.
Processing and delivery estimates
- Order processing: generally 3–5 business days
- Transit after dispatch: generally 5–10 business days
- Estimated total: approximately 8–15 business days
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Remote destinations, public holidays, high-volume periods, customs checks and carrier disruptions may extend the timeframe.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. A new tracking number can take 3–5 business days to display its first carrier scan.
Fragile and oversized lighting
Lighting products may contain glass, stone, ceramic or other fragile components. Orders are packed for transit, but please inspect the product and packaging promptly after delivery. Keep all packaging until you have confirmed that the complete order arrived in good condition.
Damage, loss or delivery problems
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact contact@buyLucidity.com promptly with your order number and photographs. For delayed or missing parcels, include the tracking number and delivery address.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins and cannot reroute an order after dispatch.
