What if they don't work for me?

How do I start a return?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, but we keep the rest of the process simple. No forms to fill out, no approval to wait for.

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

Can I exchange for a different ear tip size instead of returning?
Every order includes 4 sets of ear domes in different sizes, so most fit issues are solved right out of the box. If you still can't find a comfortable fit, contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We'll ship a replacement immediately at no charge.
